RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. 

 

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us straight away if your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect so we can make it right. 

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

-Gift cards

-Custom or personalised items

-Perishable goods

-Personal care products

 

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it is approved. 

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
